Ramada posts profit of $1.9 million in first quarter

Ramada's consolidated net income attributable to shareholders amounted to 1.93 million in the first quarter, which represents an increase of 0.7%.

The Ramada Group's total revenues in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to 2.6 million euros, representing a growth of 2.6% compared to the total revenues recorded in the same period of 2024.

Total costs amounted to 382 thousand euros, representing a reduction of 23.9% compared to the previous year.

EBITDA reached 2.2 million, 9.1% higher than that recorded in the same period in 2024.

The EBITDA margin amounted to 85.3%, representing an increase of 5.1 percentage points compared to the previous year.

EBIT, in the amount of 2.13 million, registered a growth of 13.5% compared to 1.9 million in the same period of 2024.

Financial results amounting to a negative 13 thousand euros, representing a variation of 97.4% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The consolidated net result from continuing operations in the first quarter of 2025, in the amount of 1.65 million euros, showed a growth of 26.5% compared to the net result for the same period in 2024.

The Ramada Group's net nominal debt, as of December 31, 2024, amounted to approximately 980 thousand euros.

The company also reveals that sales in the first quarter of 2025 from the Wire Drawing activity were 13.4% lower compared to the first quarter of 2024, mainly as a result of the expected impacts of customs tariffs.

“The Wire Drawing activity operates essentially for the external market, which, in the first three months of 2025, represented 52.5% of the turnover. In the same period of 2024, exports represented 60.7% of the turnover”, says Ramada.
