Behind the scenes of the production of the 2026 Pirelli Calendar are revealed

Images released this Sunday (10) show behind the scenes of the production of the 2026 edition of the famous Pirelli Calendar, which takes place in London, United Kingdom, and will have nature as its central element.
Norwegian photographer Solve Sundsbo, one of the most famous names in visual arts and with extensive experience in the fashion world, is responsible for "The Cal 2026".
The photos star Italian actress Luisa Ranieri; Italian-American Isabella Rossellini; Czech Eva Herzigova; British Tilda Swinton; American player Venus Williams; and Russian supermodel Irina Shayk.
The clicks were taken in three sessions: the first in April, in Norfolk and Essex, the second in June, in London, and the third, at Spring Studios, in New York, in July.
"My idea is to capture emotions, instincts and states of mind that are fundamental to human life: the desire for freedom, curiosity and the thirst for knowledge," said Sundsbo when presenting his project "Elements".
According to him, it is "a kind of mystery, imagination, passions, a desire for emancipation, the connection with nature and our relationship with time and space.
"A way to connect with something where we come from. I know these are very important issues, but let's try to be ambitious," the photographer added.
Puerto Rican actress Adria Arjona, English fashion designer Susie Cave, Gwendoline Christie, British actress and model Du Juan and UK singer-songwriter FKA Twigs are also participating in "The Cal 2026".
From film and fashion to music and sport, the women of "Elements" were invited to interpret an element, from water to wind, guided by Sundsbo's creative talent to obtain images in which nature, emotion and technology poetically reflect the concept of the new edition of the iconic calendar, dedicated to female power.
The Pirelli 2026 calendar will be presented next November in Prague.
