Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack, death certificate says

Ozzy Osbourne died due to an "acute myocardial infarction" and an "out-of-hospital cardiac arrest", says the death certificate of the leader of the band Black Sabbath and one of the greatest legends of heavy metal, released this Tuesday (5) two weeks after his death.
The document also indicates as the joint cause of death "coronary artery disease" and "Parkinson's with autonomic dysfunction".
British singer-songwriter John Michael Osbourne, better known as Ozzy Osbourne, died on July 22 at the age of 76. He had been battling a number of health issues in recent years, including a Parkinson's diagnosis in 2019 and several surgeries.
Osbourne, known as the "Prince of Darkness," died less than three weeks after retiring from the stage. On July 5, the artist performed in England for the last time alongside his Black Sabbath bandmates, a performance he hadn't performed since 2005. The farewell show also featured Metallica and Guns N' Roses.
Alongside Black Sabbath, Osbourne became famous with songs like "Paranoid" and "Master of Reality." After leaving the group in 1979, the lead singer also enjoyed great success in his solo career, notable for the songs "Crazy Train" and "No More Tears."
