Sebrae/SC promotes free credit drive for small businesses in Florianópolis

To facilitate access to credit and strengthen the financial health of small businesses, Sebrae/SC will hold the 1st Acredita Sebrae Credit Drive on September 23rd and 24th. The free event will be held at a space set up at Largo da Alfândega in downtown Florianópolis and will offer guided and assisted support for entrepreneurs seeking credit or needing to renegotiate debts. The official opening of the event will be this Tuesday (23), at 9 am, with the presence of Sebrae President Décio Lima, the Sebrae/SC Executive Board, among other authorities and partner organizations.

During the two-day event, business owners will have access to a range of services free of charge, including financial diagnosis to assess the real needs of the business, consultancy with Credit and Finance Agents (ACFs) and direct service with partner financial institutions Participants will also receive guidance on how to use the Guarantee Fund for Micro and Small Businesses (Fampe) as a supplementary guarantee, which can cover up to 100% of the financing amount.

"Access to credit is one of the main challenges for small business growth. Often, entrepreneurs don't know which line of credit is best for their profile or how to prepare for negotiations with banks. Mutirão Acredita was created to bridge this gap, offering all of Sebrae's technical guidance and direct contact with financial institutions in one place. It's an initiative to provide momentum, boost investments, and strengthen the local economy in a conscious and planned manner," highlights Fabio Búrigo Zanuzzi, technical director of Sebrae/SC.

The president of Sebrae Nacional, Décio Lima, highlights the importance of credit for small businesses. "In this world, we can transform people's lives. Human endeavors are the most important. Credit is a dream; it's life-changing. It's inclusion for the small economy and the building of dreams." , he commented.

During the Mutirão Acredita, free lectures will also be held on topics such as financial education and tax reform.
