"He left Russia with 10 suitcases of money": Zenit's Wendel left Russia

Midfielder of the St. Petersburg football club Zenit Wendel has left Russia. Journalist Ivan Karpov reported this on his social networks.
The athlete was spotted with his companion while checking in for an Emirates flight. It is believed that the Brazilian is heading to Rio de Janeiro via the UAE.
"Wendel left Russia with 10 suitcases of money: the Brazilian was spotted on Tuesday at Pulkovo Airport at 20:34 with a girl at the Emirates check-in counter. The midfielder probably went to Rio de Janeiro with a transfer in the UAE," Karpov reports.
Due to the injury, Wendel will not be able to take part in the remaining Zenit matches this season, including the RPL and Russian Cup games. His contract with the Brazilian club Botafogo comes into effect on June 3.
Let us recall that earlier Wendel was disqualified for one match for a gesture addressed to fans. The Brazilian showed the stands the middle finger. Zenit head coach Sergei Semak accused the Fakel player of provocation and racism towards Wendel.
