In Rybinsk, an 18-year-old girl was accused of making a false report

As it turned out, the young lady lent her friend three and a half thousand rubles, and when he did not return the money, she went to the police to write a statement.

To make the story more convincing, she wrote in her statement that the young man had used her phone to steal five thousand through the app. Realizing that she had clearly overdone it with persuasiveness, the girl confessed to the deception.

Nevertheless, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Rybinsk has opened a criminal case under the article on knowingly false denunciation.
