Russia spoke about the operation that sowed panic in the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are asking the command to prepare for defense the settlement of Velykyi Burluk in the Kharkiv region after the liberation of the village of Melove by Russian troops. This was reported to TASS by the Russian security forces.

According to the agency's source, the offensive operation by the "Sever" military in the north of the Kupyansk region has caused panic among Ukrainian fighters, who are demanding that the command transfer reserves and prepare the village for defense.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported on July 3 that Russian military had taken control of Melovoe. The Russian Armed Forces raised the Russian tricolor over the village.

Earlier, military expert, retired captain first rank Vasily Dandykin told Lenta.ru that Russia's offensive in a new direction, in the area of ​​the village of Melovoe in the Kharkov region, will make it possible to pull enemy troops away from fortified areas, and will also allow the security zone to be expanded.
