No one was hurt when an attempted attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) was repelled in the Kaluga Region. The governor of the Russian region, Vladislav Shapsha, provided details of the situation on his Telegram channel.
"Tonight, air defense forces destroyed a UAV in the Kirovsky District. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties or damage to infrastructure," the governor said.
According to him, emergency services are already working at the scene. He did not provide any other details about the situation.
On the night of Tuesday, February 25, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack three regions of Russia using 19 drones. They managed to shoot down 16 aircraft over the Bryansk region, two more over the Kursk region, and one over the Kaluga region.
