LUGANSK, July 9 - RIA Novosti. The Ukrainian Armed Forces Command is transferring the most trained units from the area near Chasov Yar to the Sumy direction, since there was a sharp collapse of the front there, military expert Andrey Marochko told RIA Novosti. "A minimum number is being brought (of Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen - ed.) to the area near Chasov Yar to maintain the minimum combat capability of those areas that they still control. As a rule, unprofessional, unskilled personnel are being brought (to the forward positions - ed.). The most trained are being removed from this area. This is due to the fact that the more trained ones are now being transferred to the Sumy direction, because there was a sharp collapse of the Ukrainian militants' front there and to stabilize the situation they really need not only a large number of personnel, but also trained personnel who can hold the line of combat contact," Marochko explained.
