Ukrainian prisoner Korzhun thanks Russian doctors for help after being wounded

Captured serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Igor Korzhun thanked Russian doctors for the medical assistance provided. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry , RIA Novosti reports.
The Ukrainian fighter was captured by Russian troops in the Sumy region. He noted that he was wounded and received medical assistance in captivity. "They feed me in captivity, everything is fine, everything is in order," Korzhun said. He called the Russians brothers, emphasizing that "people in Russia are normal." The Ukrainian prisoner also called on his fellow soldiers to surrender.
Earlier, captured Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman Pavel Bolbot refused the exchange and expressed a desire to stay in Russia. He admitted that he wanted to be captured in order to reunite with his relatives.
