Volodin orders preparation of standards for protecting children from attacks by stray dogs

State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin has instructed the chamber's relevant committees to develop regulations that will protect children from attacks by stray dogs and to take control of this issue. This was reported by the State Duma press service.

"Vyacheslav Volodin instructed the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood, together with other relevant committees, to prepare regulations that will protect children from attacks by stray dogs," the statement said.
