Educational support for university students in Sancaktepe

Students aged 17-22 who passed the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) and reside in Sancaktepe can apply by coming to the Sancaktepe Municipality service building with the required documents between October 8 and 20. All undergraduate and associate degree students who meet the specified requirements will be eligible for 18,000 TL in educational support.

Sancaktepe Mayor Alper Yeğin stated that they will always stand by our youth, the guarantee of our future. He said, “We will provide 18,000 TL in educational support to all young people from Sancaktepe who will be starting university this year, regardless of whether they are pursuing an undergraduate or associate degree. Registration requirements are available on the website, and any eligible young person who applies between October 8th and 20th at the stand set up on the municipality's ground floor will be able to benefit from this support. As the Sancaktepe Municipality, we stand with you as you take your first step towards university. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

“Getting into university as a result of the 2025 YKS exam.

“Residing in Sancaktepe before 01.07.2025.

“Being born in 2003 or later (age 22 or younger).

“To study at state and foundation universities with a 100% scholarship.

“Applications from open education and distance education students will not be accepted.”
