Fırat EDAŞ provides field workers with 'Safe Working at Heights Training'

Fırat EDAŞ, which prioritizes employee health and raises occupational safety awareness through its corporate culture, conducted "Safe Working at Heights Training" for field workers to enhance its occupational health and safety culture. Operating in a highly hazardous sector, Fırat EDAŞ employees completed a total of 4,928 hours of training, becoming more aware and equipped to address the risks they may encounter in the field.

The training covered the risks encountered when working at heights, the proper use of personal protective equipment such as safety belts and positioning ropes, and safe attachment methods. Participants were also briefed on safe working techniques for masts, platform vehicles, and various types of structures.

Working at heights in the electricity distribution sector is among the most significant occupational health and safety risks. Therefore, Fırat EDAŞ continues to implement regular training programs to ensure the safety of its field workers and prevent workplace accidents.
