X platform lawyer Gönenç Gürkaynak announced the development on his official social media account.

Gürkaynak used the following expressions in his post:

"I filed a lawsuit today at the Constitutional Court on behalf of my client, company X, against the court decision blocking access to Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu's X account. Along with other developments today, the Constitutional Court will have the opportunity to examine some important files regarding fundamental rights and freedoms."

Access to the X account of CHP's presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is under arrest in Silivri, was blocked.

Then, İmamoğlu's new account, 'Presidential Candidate Office', was announced by CHP figures.
