Signal received from mobile phone... Sad news, devastating!
Living in the Çatalpınar district of Ordu, Pınar Akıncı (37) did not return after leaving home on Saturday. Unable to reach Akıncı, her relatives informed the gendarmerie.

According to the news in DHA, the gendarmerie, who started working on Sunday upon receiving a tip, determined that Akıncı's mobile phone was last giving a signal in the Ortaköy Neighborhood.

Family members also conducted a search around their summer home in the Işıktepe Neighborhood of the Gürgentepe district.

During the work carried out by the gendarmerie, AFAD and fire brigade teams, Akıncı's mobile phone was found on a bridge over the Bolalman River.

On the third day of the teams' search, the lifeless body of Pınar Akıncı was found a few meters away from where the mobile phone was found.

Akıncı's body was taken to the hospital for an autopsy. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
