A thank you call from Bahçeli to Demirtaş!

Following the PKK's disarmament ceremony in Sulaymaniyah yesterday, Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli called the lawyer of former HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş, who has been imprisoned for nearly nine years.
"THIS CONTRIBUTION IS VERY VALUABLE"According to the news in Serbestiyet, MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli said the following to be conveyed to Demirtaş:
"His contributions were very valuable and effective in achieving this result. I would be grateful if you could convey my thanks, greetings and respect to him on this occasion."
His lawyer conveyed the message to Demirtaş in Edirne Prison.
Demirtaş also wrote a message to Bahçeli in his own handwriting, expressing his gratitude, greetings and respect for his contributions.

If the 3,211,157 people who continue to use their old driver's licenses do not renew them by August 1, their licenses will be considered invalid.
Old-style driver's licenses can be renewed for 15 lira until July 31, 2025. After this date, the Class B license renewal fee will increase to 7,438 lira.
Authorities advised citizens using old driver's licenses to renew them as soon as possible due to the potential rush at the end of the said date.
Those who want to renew their driver's license can make an appointment via the Alo 199 Call Center, mobile application or "nvi.gov.tr", complete the necessary documents and apply to the population directorates.
Those who want to renew their driver's license must present their old driver's license, pay a 15 lira application fee, submit a driver's health report from authorized health institutions, a biometric photograph taken within the last 6 months, and submit their full address registered in the Central Population Administration System (MERNIS).
New driver's licenses for applicants are printed by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs and delivered to their addresses via PTT.
During this period, vehicles can be driven with a temporary driver's license obtained from the civil registry offices or via e-Government.
