President Erdoğan's post-Cabinet announcement: Part-time work for civil servants, incentives for investors, 20,000 new appointments

President Erdoğan also gave some good news in his statements following the Cabinet Meeting held in Ankara.
Erdoğan stated that civil servants who give birth to or adopt a child will be given the right to work "part-time" until their child reaches primary school age, and that the decision will come into force tonight (July 18) after being published in the Official Gazette .

WORKING REGULATIONS FOR CIVIL SERVANTS President Erdoğan stated, "We are implementing the right to work part-time for both male and female civil servants, or after adoption. Civil servants will be able to work part-time from birth until primary school age. This regulation, based on a 20-hour work week, will directly contribute to strengthening family ties."
President Erdoğan said they would provide incentives of up to 240 million lira for 342 investments. (AA)
Erdoğan, stating that they will continue to support investors, said, "We continue to support technology - focused projects in the economy. We announced our new incentive system at the end of May. We have identified 342 investment areas. We will provide financing of up to 240 million lira for these identified investments."
