In order to protect the rights and interests of Mehmet, son of Mustafa, who is the shareholder of the real estate registered in the parcel number 712 island 31 in Meydan Neighborhood, Central District of Edirne province, in accordance with the law number 3561, with the decision number 2014/508 E., 2014/807 K. of the Edirne 2nd Civil Court of Peace, in accordance with the law number 3561, in order to protect the rights and interests of the assets of Mehmet, son of Mustafa, who is the shareholder of the real estate registered in the parcel number 712 island 31 in Meydan Neighborhood, Central District of Edirne province, in accordance with the law number 3561 (due to the legislative change dated February 2022), however, in accordance with the amendment made in the article 4, paragraph /f of the Regulation on the Trusteeship of Revenue Officers number 3561, the lawsuit has been filed. It is directed to the Provincial Director of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change as trustee and that the official management period of the property has completed 10 years, and that Mehmet, son of Mustafa, who is the shareholder of the immovable property registered in the block 712, parcel 31, Meydan Neighborhood, Central District, Edirne province, is missing and that the share in the title deed record in the name of this person in the said immovable property is cancelled and its registration in the name of the Treasury of Finance is decided upon, and that a lawsuit has been filed with our court under the number 2025/411, and that the legal heirs of Mehmet, son of Mustafa, whose absence is requested to be decided if he is alive, or the persons who have rights to his inheritance, or those who have information about the person whose absence is requested to be decided upon, are the first announcements. IT IS DECLARED THAT THE APPLICATIONS TO OUR COURT REGARDING THE CASE FILE NO. 2025/411 WITHIN A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE, OTHERWISE, THE DISAPPEARANCE OF MUSTAFA OGLU MEHMET AND THE CANCELLATION OF THE SHARES OF MUSTAFA OGLU MEHMET, WHO IS THE SHARES OWNER IN THE TITLE REGISTRY OF THE REAL ESTATE REGISTERED IN 712 BLOCK 31 PARCELS, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF SUDUDIRNE PROVINCE AND REGISTRATION OF THEM IN THE NAME OF THE TREASURY WILL BE MADE. 11.08.2025.
