The truth about the death of the AKP youth branch president turned out to be completely different.

On Thursday, August 21, in the evening hours, Eren Tunçel, the Chairman of the AKP Cumayeri Youth Branch in the Cumayeri district of Düzce, went to the vineyard with his friend Cengizhan T.

According to the allegations, a bullet from a gun that jammed during the shooting into the air struck Eren Tunçel in the chest. A medical and gendarmerie team was dispatched to the scene. Tunçel was taken to Cumayeri State Hospital by the medical team for treatment, but he could not be saved.

While it was first reported that Tunçel had shot himself while cleaning his gun, the truth came to light in the statement of his friend.

'I ACCIDENTALLY HIT HIM'

Cengizhan T., who was detained by gendarmerie teams, reportedly claimed in his statement that he shot Tunçel after his gun malfunctioned and accidentally discharged. Cengizhan T. was arrested, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
