X's lawyer took İmamoğlu's ban to the Constitutional Court!

CHP's arrested presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu's X account was recently blocked. X's lawyer Gönenç Gürkaynak announced that they took this decision to the Constitutional Court.

Gürkaynak used the following expressions in his post:

"I filed a lawsuit today at the Constitutional Court on behalf of my client, company X, against the court decision blocking access to Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu's X account. Along with other developments today, the Constitutional Court will have the opportunity to examine some important files regarding fundamental rights and freedoms."
