126 people arrested in Maydanoz Döner operation
A trustee was appointed for 25 dealers affiliated with the Antalya-based Maydanos Döner company, which is aimed at the financial structuring of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ). It was learned that in the searches of houses and workplaces, 55,605 Euros, 2,900 Dollars, 92 grams of gold, 19 quarter gold coins, 2 million 469 thousand 850 TL in cash, approximately 5.2 million Turkish Lira worth of various currencies, 1 unlicensed pistol, 2 unlicensed hunting rifles were seized.
THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR ANNOUNCED
On February 21, Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced on his social media account the operation targeting individuals, including civil servants, who were determined to have provided financing to the Maydanoz Döner chain in the "Jealous 40" operation, which was carried out simultaneously in 31 provinces centered in Antalya against FETÖ.
