Lost control of steering wheel, overturned in ditch: 1 dead, 1 injured

According to information received, the vehicle traveling from Selim district to Kars lost control of the steering wheel and overturned into a ditch. Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification from people in the area.

One of the passengers in the vehicle died at the scene, while the driver was injured. After first aid was given to the injured person by medical teams at the scene, he was taken to Harakani State Hospital by ambulance. The deceased was taken to the morgue of the same hospital. Traffic was briefly controlled on the Kars-Selim highway due to the accident. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
