A mother and two lynx babies, whose species are on the red list of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) as they are under threat, were photographed by nature photographer Murat Can Toprakçı in the Munzur Valley National Park, which lies between the center of Tunceli and the Ovacık district and is home to many wild animals and endemic plant species.

The lynx family, who posed for nature photographer Murat Can Toprakçı, then disappeared towards the higher parts of Munzur Valley. Toprakçı, who said that he had wanted to photograph the lynx family for a long time, said, "I finally managed to photograph the mother and her 2 cubs in Munzur Valley National Park. In addition to its natural beauties, our province is one of the richest geographies not only in our country but also in the world with its wildlife and plant diversity. I feel lucky to have recorded the beauties of this geography. I want everyone to contribute to the preservation of these beauties together."
