New development in Maydonoz Döner (FETO) investigation

An investigation into the operation against the restaurant chain Maydonoz Döner is ongoing.
The statement procedures of 77 suspects who were detained in Antalya in the operation against FETÖ's financial structuring were completed at the Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch of the Provincial Police Department.
CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD ARE ALSO AT THE COURTHOUSE
The suspects, including the chairman of the board of directors of the doner company, Ö.Ş., and 6 board members, were brought to the courthouse under security measures.
It was learned that among the suspects there were also judges and public officials who were dismissed by statutory decrees on the grounds of having links to FETO .
It was stated that the other suspects will be referred to the courthouses in the cities where they were detained.
CONFESSIONS OF A FORMER EMPLOYEE
New details have emerged in the FETO operation against the restaurant chain Maydonoz Döner.
It was alleged that a person named R.Ö., who worked in one of the branches of the restaurant chain, was subjected to mobbing under excuses such as decrease in turnover and mess in the workplace when it was understood that he benefited from the effective repentance provisions.
It was determined that R.Ö. wrote a confession letter to CİMER regarding the turnover increases and the meetings of FETO suspects who were dismissed from public service.
R.Ö., whose statement was taken by the prosecutor's office, explained that he started working as a waiter with the reference of a friend who had connections to the organization and made many confessions.
