Little hands touched the soil and planted strawberries in Osmaniye

Strawberry planting took place as part of the "Leader Children's Camp," organized under the theme "Cooperatives," in partnership with the Osmaniye Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, and the Oilseeds Institute. The event involved fourth-grade students from Yunus Emre Primary School and children who had lost a parent planting strawberries in the Oilseeds Institute's greenhouse. The aim was to instill a love of agriculture in the children and raise their awareness of cooperatives.
Osmaniye Governor Erdinç Yılmaz, stating that it is very important for our children to grow up knowing agriculture, land, and fields, said, "Today, we planted strawberries in the greenhouse of our Oilseeds Institute together with our orphans and children studying at Yunus Emre Primary School, and God willing, we will pick our strawberries too.
Our Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, our Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, and our Oilseeds Institute have all carried out such a wonderful project. We always long to be with our beloved children and participate in such social activities with them. We do so from time to time when we have the opportunity. We love our children very much. It's very important for us that our children are raised well in every aspect. It's very important for our children to grow up knowing about agriculture, land, and fields.
