Bellheim - During a stationary check on Zeiskamer Straße on Sunday from 12:30 a.m. to 3 a.m., officers found three drivers who were driving under the influence of alcohol.

Three times drunk driving. While two drivers committed an administrative offense, officers initiated criminal proceedings against a 39-year-old driver because he appeared to have exceeded the so-called "absolute inability to drive" limit of 1.1 per mille. His breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of 1.36 per mille. A blood sample was taken, and his driver's license was confiscated.
