The affected passenger has now hired a lawyer, as " local10.com " reports. His attorney, Alex Perez, confirmed that they intend to file a lawsuit against the cruise line.
On " PR Newswire ," the law firm Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, PA, states that the passenger "suffered serious injuries" on August 7. It further describes the incident as "preventable." The client and his family "have requested privacy to heal."
According to local10.com, Lillian Destefano observed the situation. She reported that the passenger was cut. The person in front of him was also reportedly slightly cut. "Then the glass fell and water sprayed out. Thank God no one fell through," Lillian continued.
