Since opening performances, Villagrán appeared in the iconic sailor suit, making jokes, interactive games with the audience , and even improvising with a guitar, although he joked that he didn't know how to play it and asked a circus musician for help.
Made up of juggling acts, acrobatics, unicycles and clowns , the show combined the classic circus with the television legacy that marked generations.

Villagrán expressed his excitement about returning to Lima: "I'm returning with pride and joy. I'm sure we'll see each other at the circus," he said.
He also highlighted the strong connection with the Peruvian public: "If I return to Peru, it's because Peruvians love me and ask me to."
For its part, Peruvian media recalled that although he had already visited several cities, this was his first performance in Callao , where he planned to be "a chalaco and a salsero" during the season.
During the show's opening at Mega Circus, Villagrán received recognition from local officials, led by Silvia Pérez, representing the municipality of Bellavista . The tribute celebrated more than five decades of his artistic career as "Quico."
This return of Quico to the stage takes on special relevance because in 2023 Villagrán had announced his definitive retirement from the character , arguing that his age no longer allowed him to play it credibly.

Despite this, this new tour showed that he still has the energy and desire to make audiences laugh. Despite the criticism that arose on social media about his age and physical condition, others celebrated the emotional value of seeing him live again.
Similarly, during a press conference, Carlos Villagrán refused to answer questions about the series "Sin querer queriendo," simply saying that he doesn't answer those kinds of questions; however, he was only doing his job and wouldn't speak ill of Roberto Gómez Bolaños because he can no longer defend himself, but that he still loves him.
I don't like those questions. Carlos Villagrán, known as Quico, is in Peru and didn't want to add fuel to the fire regarding the Chespirito series, in which he doesn't come off well. pic.twitter.com/ooqLozU0sd
