" We are going to apply the formula from other years, which has worked very well for the economy, for culture, for joy, for happiness, and we are going to decree that Christmas starts again in Venezuela on October 1st, this year too," said the legitimate ruler in his program Con Maduro , broadcast on the state channel Venezolana de Televisión, while he kept looking up at the sky.
