After the Nuevo León Attorney General's Office reported yesterday on the arrest in Spain of Víctor Hugo "N," a partner in the financial company Peak Investment Fund Management, who is facing fraud charges, lawyers for the affected individuals announced that the alleged embezzled funds will be investigated in that and other countries.
