Upon his release from the Altiplano Prison yesterday morning after nearly 20 years in prison, Israel Vallarta Cisneros accused Luis Cárdenas Palomino, a close associate of Genaro García Luna, of trying to bribe him inside the prison and announced that he will make more revelations.
