Zora community demands that members of their race be hired in new Zelda live-action

Hyrule Diverse.- With Nintendo's confirmation of the upcoming live-action version of The Legend of Zelda , the Zora community has warned that it will not tolerate the casting of actors who are not originally from their village.
“It’s always the same: they hire white humans, paint them blue, and then they think they’ve achieved racial justice,” Mipha complained after seeing the actors who will play Princess Zelda and Link, respectively.

The protest has also spread to other races in Hyrule. The Gorons are already demanding that they not be played by WWE wrestlers, while the Gerudo have warned that if "Amazons" disguised as them appear, they will launch a movement to boycott the film.
Nintendo, for its part, has issued a statement declaring that it is “committed to diversity, as long as they don’t have to train hawks to play Rito.”
