- On the night of Tuesday, February 25, Colombians Morat , Sebastián Yatra and Chilean comedian Pedro Ruminot were going to go up to Quinta Vergara .
"We understand the frustration this may cause and we sincerely apologize for this unexpected change. We appreciate your understanding and support during this time. The most important thing is that everyone is well and safe. We ask that you leave calmly and quietly. We will meet again soon to share an unforgettable night together," the letter concludes.
The decision was made at around 7:00 p.m. local time (22:00 GMT), four hours after the general power cut in the country.
Chaos

Earlier, as the first spectators entered, there was a certain amount of chaos outside Quinta Vergara.
And between the streets jammed with traffic due to the stoppage of the traffic lights, a line of people of almost a kilometer advanced slowly in the hope of entering the festival.
Catalina Cáceres, 23, from Santiago, was one of the most optimistic : she had traveled today expressly to see the Colombian band Morat, even though she was in the capital when the blackout occurred.
"We decided to come anyway because we have nothing to lose. I am motivated , with faith ," she told EFE.
