Data Protection fines €2,000 for creating AI-manipulated sexual content of minors

The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) has resolved a landmark case in data protection in Europe, by issuing the first-ever sanction against someone who manipulated and disseminated a false image of a minor using artificial intelligence ( AI ).
