JBL introduces its new line of products to transform the home

JBL unveiled its latest line of home-oriented products in Colombia, focusing on design, connectivity, and sound quality. The activation takes place at "Casa JBL," a space open to the public in the Titan Plaza Shopping Center—from July 25 to August 24—where visitors can try out the equipment, participate in raffles, and access special purchase benefits.
According to the company, the goal is to offer end consumers a complete portfolio with options for different uses and budgets, available both in stores at the mall and online at jbl.com.co.
The portfolio includes the JBL Charge 6, a portable speaker with up to 28 hours of battery life and the option to add an additional 4 hours with Playtime Boost. It's water and dust resistant, and its compact form factor makes it easy to place in different home environments without compromising power or fidelity.
For home theater, the JBL Bar 1300X features detachable speakers and high-definition surround sound. The bar prioritizes easy installation and broad connectivity with TVs and other devices to play immersive soundtracks and content in rooms of various sizes.
For social entertainment, the PartyBox 520 offers powerful sound, 15 hours of battery life, dynamic lighting effects, and splash resistance for indoor and outdoor use. The brand also adds the PartyLight Beam, a music-synced light projector that lets you adjust intensity, patterns, and tones from the JBL app to create personalized atmospheres.
In gaming audio, the Quantum 910 Wireless is geared toward extended sessions thanks to its wireless design, active noise cancellation, and battery life of up to 39 hours. The company emphasizes that the Quantum ecosystem covers profiles ranging from casual to intensive gamers, with wired and wireless variants and specific compatibility for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo.
As a complementary element to the exhibition, Anderson Oliveira, Harman's marketing director for South America, noted that the installation brings together "the most comprehensive portfolio available in the country" and includes recent innovations.
Among them, he highlighted the PartyBox 520—a large-format portable speaker with a battery—the Tour Pro 3—a true wireless speaker with a case and screen that, when connected to an airplane's audio output, transmits the signal via Bluetooth to the headphones—and the Quantum M2, a second generation with improved comfort and finishes. Oliveira added that raffles are held daily and that retailers at the shopping center offer special deals during the activation period.
The executive also explained that several devices integrate intelligent adjustment functions: in microphones like the Quantum Stream, the gain automatically adapts based on the distance of the voice to maintain clarity; in speakers like the Flip 7 and Charge 6, the equalization automatically varies depending on the type of music; and in sound bars, spatial calibration helps emulate a 360° surround sound field.
He also highlighted Wi-Fi connectivity and streaming technologies that allow multiple devices—even those from different families and sizes—to be synchronized and auto-equalized to create stereo or multi-channel configurations without requiring all the equipment to be identical.
The "JBL House" serves as a testing and purchasing point: attendees can experience each product, answer questions with specialized promoters, and, if desired, purchase them online at jbl.com.co or at the mall's stores. The activation will remain open until August 24 on the 4th floor (glass bridge) of Titan Plaza.
