The new company has not yet been established, but it already has the first business line in its portfolio

Developed by Creotech Instruments , the specialized sCMOS camera is intended for the search for near-Earth space objects (including space debris). Equipped with sCMOS sensors (characterized by exceptionally low noise, high frame rates, wide dynamic range, high quantum efficiency and resolution, and a large field of view) , this camera allows for rapid data pre-processing within the camera electronics.
The value of the signed contract is €196,000 net, and delivery is planned within six months of the contract signing date. As the company emphasizes, this sale opens a new business line , which will ultimately be operated by the quantum company after the completion of the ongoing Creotech Instruments spin-off.
Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2022, Creotech Instruments is currently the largest Polish manufacturer of satellites, systems, and satellite components . In April, the company announced its intention to split into two independent companies. The quantum segment is to be spun off into a new entity, which will enable faster commercialization of quantum solutions and provide an opportunity to obtain external financing for further technology development (including through grants for SMEs, which may soon cease to be available to the company due to its dynamic growth). Creotech's management would like the spin-off process to be completed at the turn of 2025 or 2026.
As part of the planned division, Creotech Instruments shareholders will be allocated shares in the new quantum company in proportion to their shareholdings. The allocation of shares will be made through a public offering.
