Truecaller and WeKall offer Latin American businesses verified calls that increase customer response.

Truecaller, a global caller ID and spam blocking platform, announced a strategic partnership with WeKall, a Colombian company specializing in business communication solutions powered by artificial intelligence.
With this agreement, WeKall becomes an official partner of Truecaller in Latin America, supporting the firm's expansion into the B2B segment.
The integration will allow businesses to utilize Truecaller's Customer Experience solution, which offers elements such as brand name, logo, category, verified badge, and green icon within the app.
This will make it easier for users to immediately identify legitimate calls, differentiating them from spam or fraud attempts, which will increase interaction and communication security.
Nicolás Vargas, Truecaller's Country Manager in Colombia, stated that the region "faces high levels of fraud and mistrust" and that this collaboration offers "real solutions for companies to communicate more reliably, with a clear brand identity and robust user protection."
For his part, Félipe Sánchez, CEO of WeKall, noted that the agreement "will improve the security and effectiveness of business communications," while Priyam Bose, Global Head of GTM at Truecaller for Business, emphasized that the partnership will expand the solution's impact in Latin America.
The solution is geared toward industries such as finance, retail, telecommunications, and healthcare, where phone calls continue to be an essential channel.
This tool is expected to reduce operating costs, increase contact effectiveness, and strengthen brand awareness, in addition to contributing to digital transformation by measuring, optimizing, and protecting communications from a single platform.
