Azerat: A minibus carrying children leaves the road, the driver is in custody

The accident occurred on Tuesday, May 20, on the D67. A minibus traveling toward Thenon and carrying seven children left the road. The driver told the police, who were called at 8:57 a.m., that he saw a white vehicle in the middle of the road on a bend. According to him, while trying to dodge it, he rolled into the ditch, and one of the rearview mirrors hit a tree. He managed to right himself and parked a few hundred meters further. One of the children, aged 4, was slightly injured. Shocked, the group was treated by a doctor. The driver (born in 1957) was taken into custody. An investigation is underway.
