25,000 euros a night for 400m2 of luxury, a jacuzzi, masterpieces... we had an exclusive tour of the incredible new suite at the Negresco

And suddenly, time stands still. Like the elevator that takes us to the top of the Negresco, the legendary hotel on the Promenade des Anglais.
And whose door opens directly onto the hall of the Jeanne & Paul Exceptional Suite, located on the 6th floor.
A unique space redesigned, but remaining faithful to the spirit of Jeanne Augier, who occupied it for several decades.
"I think she would have been proud of the work we have just accomplished, because we have preserved the identity and DNA of her apartment , which was her home," says Lionel Sevran, director of the Negresco.
The decor of this unique 400 m² space, with 200 m² of private terrace divided into three parts, offering a 180°C view of the Bay of Angels, was orchestrated by the architect Jean-Philippe Nuel.
Several "best craftsmen in France", such as Régis Goldberg (MOF 2019), an ornamental plasterer based in Cagnes-sur-Mer , have worked there and contributed to the success of this project, both heritage and artistic.
In keeping with Madame Augier's style, marble, wood, and fabric are combined. The materials dance with the light.
An exceptional setting which incorporates works of art from the Augier collection accumulated over the years, such as this painting by Rubens, which proudly sits in the grand salon under the dome.
A journey through time, from the 13th century to the present day.
It can be rented as a whole (Jeanne and Paul) or separately, according to two atmospheres: Jeanne, more feminine and generous, and Paul, more refined and masculine.
The price per night is between 25,000 and 30,000 euros... with demand already high.
