The meager equipment has the merit of being practical to set up: in no time at all, the "popular caravan" of La France insoumise is in place in the Bellecroix district of Metz. Every year since 2016, two routes, one in the north of France, the other in the south, have been designed to go from town to town and encourage the "more than 12 million unregistered or incorrectly registered people" to join the electoral lists . In Moselle, between the apartment blocks and the annex town hall, around twenty activists gathered this Thursday, July 24, to meet the residents of this complex
