Neuville-sur-Ain: Will the village finally get its bakery back?
At its last meeting, the city council discussed the bakery opening project, which is progressing well. Elected officials also provided updates on other issues.
The plan to reopen the bakery, which has been closed for over four years, is well underway. It could be completed by the fall. A grant with an agreement will be awarded to the future baker to enable them to purchase a pastry oven. It should be noted that the municipality invested €15,000 to purchase equipment for the old bakery.
