The Open Air Craft Beer Festival is Coming to Rome

The fresh craft beer that quenches the warm Roman nights under the stars and pairs perfectly with signature street food: here is the unmissable Craft Beer Festival !
Craft Beer Festival at Eataly RomeFrom Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th July , Eataly Roma (piazzale 12 Ottobre 1492) is offering four open-air evenings dedicated to craft beer, with over 50 Italian and international labels to taste, accompanied by a selection of food trucks, including gourmet sandwiches, regional specialties, crispy fried foods and dishes designed to enhance every sip, all enriched by the notes of a different DJ set every evening.
There will be many protagonists of this journey, artisanal and agricultural breweries from all over Italy and beyond, ready to surprise guests with their beers on tap. Mosto italiano will be present with a wide selection and will present the new Fragosetta Gose, with Favetta di Terracina strawberries. Happennino will quench guests' thirst with its beers reinterpreted with the addition of spelt from their fields in Amatrice.
Try the refined beers of Oxiana in multiple styles such as the Velvet Tripel and the Hotbock Doppelbock style, alongside the hoppy beers of Kobi Brewing , an independent artisanal microbrewery that will bring, among others, the Southpaw, a lightly spiced Saison with a fine Indonesian pepper. The agricultural project MOU - Contadini Birrai loves to enhance the tradition of ancient grains by offering beers with a strong territorial identity, using local raw materials such as the must of Cesanese del Piglio grapes and Slow Food Presidia, for example the “mosciarelle” of Capranica Prenestina.
Birrificio Lepino brings its strong-character labels directly from its headquarters in Segni, in the province of Rome, including two beers that won silver and gold medals at the 2022-2023 Lyon International Competition: Dannata and Lunatica. The offer is completed by the short supply chain Umbrian beers of Flea , such as Bastola Imperial Red Ale and Costanza Blonde Ale and the timeless ones by Birrificio Baladin , an agricultural brewery since 1996, with Baladin 4.8 and Ippa, Italian-style India Pale Ale. Naturally, the Eataly-branded beer is unmissable with the IPA, the amber and the blonde, produced with the prized Carnaroli rice and the characteristic Ermes and Apollo.
Also interesting is the international selection curated by Beer Fellas , with artisanal gems from the United Kingdom, Germany and the Czech Republic. An offering designed to explore the different styles and territories of the brewing world, between tradition and experimentation.
Cocktail and food proposalsThe Festival will also feature artisanal, natural and organic draft cocktails from Jas - Juicy And Sparkling and the offerings from the Eataly Bar .
As for food options, George Lobster , already present with its own corner inside Eataly Ostiense, will also bring its delicious rolls stuffed with lobster and shrimp outdoors and served with a buttered and toasted artisanal potato bun until golden. Raro will propose at the table, among its recipes, the Raro Burger and also the Green version, in which in addition to the Scottona burger, there are also broccoli sautéed together with Norcia bacon, smoked provola, salad and mayonnaise. There will also be the smashed burgers by Miami Joe in the double cheese, double Oklahoma and veggie versions and their unmissable sweet fries and then burritos, nachos tacos with guacamole sauce to share by La Niña . Bruno il Monello will bring a touch of the East with his fried gyoza, meat or vegetarian, in addition to the more classic but always delicious supplì and fried gnocco. Totò Family Cremeria takes care of dessert: Sicilian cannolo filled on the spot, ice cream cup or cone and also the version with brioche are the perfect options for summer evenings.
