Wall Street positive, Nvidia runs

Wall Street opened on a positive note, with the Nasdaq up 0.9% at the start, following Nvidia's gains of 4% and the S&P 500 gains of 0.4%. The chip giant surged after announcing the resumption of sales of an advanced artificial intelligence chip in China.
Europe, however, remains cautious, with Milan still just below parity, awaiting developments on the tariff front. US inflation is also moving markets. The June CPI rose 2.7% year-over-year, more than the previous month (+2.4%). Analysts had expected a rise of 2.6%.
The core figure, which excludes the variable components of food and energy, rose 2.9% from the previous 2.8%, in line with expectations. These figures, for now, do not show a particularly significant impact from tariffs on US prices.
In Milan, watch out for Prysmian, which is benefiting from forecasts of growing demand for artificial intelligence.
