After a new meeting to address Pemex 's concerns, Governor Samuel García recycled environmental promises , such as reducing emissions from the Cadereyta Refinery, improving gasoline quality, and integrating the state-owned company into the work of the Metropolitan Environmental Commission (CAMe)... without setting deadlines.
