SAT: Find out the availability of in-person appointments in February

Through its official networks, the Tax Administration Service (SAT) announced the availability of face-to-face appointments for the remainder of the month of February, that is, for the week of 24th to 28th . These are the spaces available for face-to-face service in the modules and decentralized offices in the 32 entities of the country.

Availability was classified into three levels:

• High availability: 98%
• Average availability: 2%
• Low availability: 0%

In addition, information was provided on the business days corresponding to each level of availability:

• High availability: 1 to 10 business days.
• Average availability: 11 to 20 business days.
• Low availability: more than 21 business days.

How to schedule an appointment online at the SAT?

1. Go to citas.sat.gob.mx and select the procedure or service.
2. In the Federative Entity and Module section, choose Virtual Office.
3. Check the calendar for date and time availability (Central Mexico time), select the one you prefer and click on "Generate appointment."
4. Enter the token sent by email and click Confirm. Receive the confirmation of your appointment from the email account [email protected] and consult the documents requested.

6. Before your appointment, send your documents to the email address [email protected] or attach them to citas.sat.gob.mx in the Consult / Manage appointment section.

How to schedule an appointment by phone at the SAT?

If you prefer to schedule the appointment in a traditional way , the good news is that you can also do it by phone as follows:

2. Follow the instructions on the answering machine to complete the procedure.
