SEP celebrates teachers with a Boing toy and a group greeting

As part of the Teachers' Day celebrations, the SEP gave each teacher a Boing juice box, along with a group greeting.

The Ministry of Public Education (SEP) commemorated this May 15th with the traditional combo of institutional affection: a warm Boing, a cookie from the delicious assortment, and a group greeting in PowerPoint with Comic Sans font.

The occasion was not overlooked by the famous department, which, in addition to celebrating the day for all the teachers—to the detriment of the parents—also treated them to nutritious juice and congratulations, which served to make them feel that they were indeed being thought of.

The SEP excelled this year with its teachers.

“It’s not much, but it’s with a lot of love,” said an assistant principal as she untangled the cable from the projector they would use to play a tribute video with photos of generic teachers they downloaded from Google.

Teachers across the country expressed their gratitude for the gesture, although they acknowledged they were hoping for something more this year, such as a personalized letter or a final fix for their classroom fan, which could happen next year.

Happy Teachers' Day! 🌟 Today we celebrate your dedication, patience, and passion for teaching. Thank you for inspiring, educating, and transforming lives with your knowledge. Your work leaves a lasting mark and builds a better future.

Have a great day filled with recognition and joy! 🎉📚 pic.twitter.com/YSaqhp4Jcx

The event concluded with a round of awkward hugs, a group selfie, and refreshments that included a slice of cake with lots of frosting, accompanied by the now-classic: "No spoons, but use the Boing cover."

And in case you missed it: a couple was spotted leaving the motel… with all the furniture in their room.
