Sergio Mayer Mori, Bárbara Mori's son, reports that his ex won't let him see his daughter; he responds to the accusations.

The young actor showed messages as proof of his interest and ruled out any intention of taking the conflict to court.
The estrangement between Sergio Mayer Mori and his daughter Mila , the result of his relationship with Brazilian model Natália Subtil , continues to generate controversy. In a recent meeting with the media, the young actor shared messages that allegedly show evidence of his attempt to stay in contact with the minor, without receiving a response from his ex-partner.
"I call her and write to her and tell her I want to see Mila, and she's the one who doesn't answer. I haven't been able to see her lately because her mother doesn't answer," Mayer Mori declared on camera while showing screenshots on her cell phone.

The situation between the two has escalated in public opinion since Subtil—who recently participated in MasterChef Celebrity —stated in various interviews that the actor is failing to fulfill his responsibilities as a father. She has also stated that her paternal grandparents, Sergio Mayer and Bárbara Mori, are the ones who financially support her in raising Mila.
In response to these statements, Mayer Mori denied any abandonment on his part and explained that, although his artistic career has had its ups and downs, during moments of stability, he makes himself available whenever he can: "There have been times when things are going well for me, and I'm always there for them. That's how this career works."
Regarding the possibility of initiating legal proceedings to obtain rights to his daughter , the actor was reluctant to take that route. He asserted that involving lawyers would only complicate the situation further and noted that he was a minor when he began his relationship with Subtil.
"The whole lawyer thing seems stupid to me because it's a lot of money, and besides, Natália would get into trouble because I was a minor. I don't want to put her in jail , " he said.
Despite the tension between the two, Mayer Mori also made it clear that her relationship with Subtil was consensual and that there was no coercion: “I was 17 years old and I knew what I was doing.”
