How do you make wormwood tea?▪️Boil 1 cup (approximately 200 ml) of water.▪️When the water comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.▪️Add 1 teaspoon (2.5 to 3 grams) of dried wormwood leaves.▪️Cover the infusion and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.▪️Strain the liquid to remove the leaves.▪️You can sweeten with honey, sugar, or lemon to soften the bitter taste if you wish.While this plant is perfect for balancing health, it should not be consumed for more than 3 to 4 consecutive weeks as it can cause side effects such as seizures or liver damage.
