Little "Roland Garros" in Jarosław

The ceremonial opening of the tournament, which took place on June 21, gathered many tennis enthusiasts, and was honored with the presence of, among others, Tadeusz Chrzan, Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
The event was organized by Profi Developer and MOSiR Jarosław, and the tournament was held under the honorary patronage of the Jarosław starost Kamil Dziukiewicz and the mayor of Jarosław Marcin Nazarewicz. The title sponsors were MD Grupa Deweloper and the Genero company.
The event was attended by several dozen players from different parts of Poland, competing in demanding singles matches. The competition was held at a high level, in a sporting atmosphere, and the matches provided the audience with a lot of emotions and tennis experiences.
In the open men's category, Przemysław Środa from Nisko won, defeating Leszek Września from Warsaw in the final. Among the women, Dominika Szczotka from Jarosław turned out to be the best, defeating Milena Zając from Jarosław in the decisive match. In the over-40 category, Marcin Bieniasz from Łańcut won, defeating Łukasz Puk from Kraśnik in the final. In the over-50 category, Józef Krzysztyński from Rymanów Zdrój won, defeating Robert Stępień from Stalowa Wola in the final. Finally, in the over-60 age category, Dariusz Kowal from Siedlce won, defeating Aleksander Tor from Mielec in the final.
