The spa house will undergo modernization

Horyniec-Zdrój is known for its spa properties, and the Spa House located here plays a significant role in this regard, offering a variety of therapeutic and rehabilitation treatments. The facility will soon undergo a major facelift. This includes planned thermal modernization and the installation of renewable energy equipment. The company "Uzdrowisko Horyniec", owned by the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, announced a tender for this investment. The expected scope of construction work for this project includes: replacing door frames and repairing the linings, insulating the exterior ceiling and exterior walls, installing a photovoltaic system capable of generating 19.80 kW of solar power, including an energy storage system, an energy management system, and a temperature control system, and installing air conditioning and a vehicle charging point. Potential bidders had until July 11th. One submitted a bid – the local company Master from Krowica Sama, which quoted PLN 2,493,940.57 for the work. In early August, the spa resort decided to carry out the project. Since it had originally budgeted PLN 2 million for this project, it will have to contribute. The work is expected to take five months.
